Great fixer upper for all those handy people out there. This sweet property with 13.67 acres did suffer some damage at the hands of Helene but could be a wonderful home for a family or an investor. Double wide mobile home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, huge fenced in 3 acre yard is a diamond in the rough ready to be made great again. The owners have done some remodeling to the home and replaced most of the floors, duct work will need replacing but the ac unit has been checked out professionally and does work fine. Well established yard with flowering trees and fruit trees. Lots of wildlife to see on this property and a spring fed creek runs on it. Conveniently located in Lyons and on the I16 side for all you commuters out there. US #1 Hwy bypass is coming through very close to property so you have the convenience of paved road access in the near future. Non restricted country living with the convenience of City water and trash pick up. Give me a call today to see this great property with over 13 acres.
