OVERVIEW OF AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 
  • Positive, hands-on Client interactions among all parties in the real estate transaction, resulting in relationship building and resolutions to any and all issues—thereby facilitating a successful home buy/sell experience.
  • Coordination of the sale, financing, and construction activities among lending institutions, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, inspections and homeowners from point of sale to final loan closing and occupancy of the home.
  • The property manager for a large builder/developer covering eleven Homeowner’s Associations/subdivisions.
  • Open Houses for both new sales, existing sales, and rental properties.
  • Implemented and managed a sales program in residential real estate for a major development firm, responsible for multi-million dollars in home sales in an eighteen-month period.
On a personal note, KA was on the Board of Directors of the Forsyth County YMCA for 13 years.  Having lived in the county for over 25 years, she has touched many lives through volunteering and through work which has enabled her to serve the community effectively and create a successful real estate business.
