Nicole Razo

The importance of real estate was introduced to Nicole Razo at a young age. Her parents saw the value of investing in real estate, and her college education was paid for by profits they made from flipping properties. Knowing good fortune in real estate, she now helps clients in North Georgia and Atlanta perimeter communities find that same success.

 

An alumna of the University of North Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in human services, Nicole pursued accounting before moving into real estate full-time. As a real estate professional, she’s guided by the importance of the client’s full experience. She offers exceptional customer service skills that allow her to effectively read the room and communicate effectively in all situations. Similar to the human services field, real estate is all about the people, and she takes pride in working as her client's advocate as they make
impactful life decisions in buying or selling their properties.

 

Nicole enjoys working with all clients. The current market includes many transplants, first-time buyers, and downsizers. Nicole’s husband, William, is also in the industry and owns Proof Roofing Services LLC. She enjoys traveling and spending time recharging outdoors. She values being involved in her community and has volunteered as an advocate for survivors with local nonprofits as well as serving the community as the key relationship manager with Boy With a Ball.
