Caring for her clients like family, Sam draws upon her years as a talented landscape horticulturist and experienced property appraiser to ensure her clients’ needs are met with the utmost integrity and excitement for their real estate goals. For Sam, that means always doing the right thing for every client, even if it’s not an easy thing.

With her prior work in landscaping and real estate appraisals, Sam not only knows how to market a listing, but she also knows how to spot a great property. From curb appeal to assessing the value of a home, Sam knows that presentation and price are vital to the success of every real estate transaction.

 

When she’s not busy caring for clients, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and can often be found cheering on the sidelines of her youngest daughter’s sports activities. Beyond her work in real estate, Sam is passionate about food equality in her community and delivers food to families with her daughter for Meals By Grace. In her free time, Sam enjoys escaping to the beach, her favorite place to relax and unwind.
